The personal training program within Emory Fitness is designed to give individuals the attention they need to achieve personal health and fitness goals. Our priority is to provide you with the motivation and tools to succeed regardless of age, experience, or fitness level.

Personal Training is currently full for Fall 2025. We will re-open registration as space allows.

Personal Training can define your fitness goals, teach you new exercises, increase muscular strength, endurance and/or flexibility, provide functional training opportunities, motivate you to achieve your goals, and equip you with tools to support your healthy lifestyle.

Emory Fitness Certified Personal Trainers will:

  • Motivate you to go beyond just going through the motions
  • Help you develop the motivation to exercise regularly
  • Work with you on every exercise for maximum efficiency and effectiveness

Thank you for your interest in Emory Personal Training. We are no longer accepting registration forms as the wait list for Fall 2025 is full. We will reopen registration as space allows.

FYI: Emory Personal Training offers free consultations/assessments for all initial sessions. To continue training after that, clients must purchase sessions. Additionally, clients must have a membership at the facility where they desire to train. To learn more about facility memberships, view the webpage here.
