Guest Passes*

• $10 per guest per day per facility.
• Only current students and members may sponsor guests.
• The guests 18 yrs and older must provide a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a primary member age 18 or older.
• The person sponsoring the guest must stay with the guest at all times and is responsible for the guest's actions.
• A student or member may sponsor a maximum of 3 guests per day.

Single Day Pass for Emory University or Healthcare Employees*

• $10 per employee per day per facility.
• Employees may purchase a single-day pass for themselves to utilize the facility without a membership.
• The University or Healthcare employee should provide their EmoryCard to purchase the single-day pass.
• Employees without a membership may not sponsor guests. Bringing guests is a privilege reserved for members.
• Contractors working at a University or Healthcare location are not eligible for day passes.

 *Guest passes are valid at the facility where purchased and for the date of puchase only.

Facilities operate rain or shine. In the event of a weather-related closure or cancellation within the first hour of your visit, impacted members will be offered a one-time, non-transferable guest pass for future use. Guest passes provided are redeemable at the front desk within 120 days from the initial purchase. Must have an active membership to redeem. Refunds will not be provided.  

*14-visit passes purchased prior to COVID-19 shutdowns are no longer accepted at either facility as of 5/1/2023.
