The personal training program within Emory Fitness is designed to give individuals the attention they need to achieve personal health and fitness goals.  Our number one priority is to give you the motivation and tools to gain success regardless of age, experience or fitness level.

Personal Training can define your fitness goals, teach you new exercises, increase muscular strength, endurance and/or flexibility, provide functional training opportunities, motivate you to achieve your goals, and equip you with tools to support your healthy lifestyle.

Emory Fitness Certified Personal Trainers will:

  • Motivate you to go beyond just going through the motions
  • Help you develop the motivation to exercise regularly
  • Work with you on every exercise for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
Personal Training Pricing

To begin training with a Personal Trainer:

  1. Complete a Personal Training Registration Form.
  2. Once your application is turned in, you will be contacted within 48-72 hours with information on the trainer you will be placed with.
  3. After you have been placed with a trainer, you may then submit your payment by check or credit card (Cash is not accepted) at Membership Services.
