Spring 2021 Programs

Recreation and Wellness is excited to bring you fun and engaging virtual programs and to begin to pilot safe in-person activties. We are dedicated to supporting your health and well-being no matter the environment. 

Emory Fitness' Spring Virtual Group Fitness classes will run January 25 - April 25 and are open to students, faculty, staff, and WPEC/SAAC members. Register on our new portal my.recwell.emory.edu with your Emory NetID and password. Class Zoom links will be emailed with registration confirmation. Select recorded class content will be posted to Emory Recreation and Wellness’ YouTube account.

Intramural Sports is hosting eSports, trivia, and virtual games focused on connecting the Emory community. Register on our new portal my.recwell.emory.edu with your Emory NetID and password.

Outdoor Recreation is offering virtual and limited in-person programming. Register for all outdoor recreation clinics and special events at my.recwell.emory.edu. Check back monthly for updates.

Teambuilding and Community Cohesion: Looking to build your group’s sense of community through facilitation of icebreakers, games, and teambuilding? We now offer programming catered to your group’s needs.

Contact our Outdoor Recreation Coordinator, Kristin Sliger, at kslige2@emory.edu for more resources and assistance in planning your own adventure or to inquire about teambuilding and community cohesion. Virtual meetings are available upon request.

Individuals who are interested and want to learn more virtual personal training will be able to take part in a free, 1 on 1 consultation with a trainer to discuss fitness goals and provide strategies to help accomplish your goals.

Wellness coaching is a free service for all undergraduate (Atlanta & Oxford), graduate and professional students at Emory that provides support for navigating a variety of concerns, challenges and life transitions.
